Our OFT Trip proposal is to go to Spokane Washington, head south to Clarkston/Lewiston ID then north to Silverwood Amusement Park.
Day 1:
8:00- Leave school
8:00- 3:00 Drive to Spokane
3:00- 3:45- Walk around riverfront park and go on the Spokane Falls Skyride
3:45- 4:45 Drive to Kamiak Butte
4:45- 6:15 Hike Kamiak Butte
6:15- 6:45 Drive to Heyburn State Park
6:45- ? Set up camp, eat dinner, work on packets, Hang out, and go to bed
Day 2:
7:00- 8:00 Wake up, get ready, and eat breakfast.
8:00- 8:30 Pick up camp
8:30- 10:00 Hike around Chatcolet Lake
10:00- 12:00 Drive to Lewiston
12:00- 12:30 Eat lunch at ducky park
12:30- 3:00 Walking tour of downtown Lewiston
3:00- 6:00 Visit some of the Nez Perce NHP sites
6:00- 6:30 Drive to Hells Gate State Park
6:30- 7:00 Set up camp
7:00- 8:00 Eat dinner
8:00-9:00 Go swimming or take a walk
9:00- 9:30 Work on packets
9:30- 10:00 Get ready for bed and lights out
Day 3:
7:00- 8:00 Wake up, get ready, and eat breakfast
9:00- 9:30 Pick up camp
9:30- 12:30 Drive to Coeur d’Alene and eat lunch on bus
12:30- 7:00 Go to Silverwood
7:00- 7:30 Set up camp at the Silverwood RV park
7:30- 8:30 Eat at the original mongolian bbq
8:30- 11:00 Work on packets, tell stories around the campfire and go to bed
Day 4:
7:00- 8:00 Wake up, get ready, eat breakfast
8:00-8:30 Pick up camp
8:30- 9:30 Drive to Cataldo
9:30- 10:00 Walk around the Old Mission and sacred encounters exhibit
10:00- 10:30 Drive to Mullan
10:30- 11:30 Visit the Captain John Museum
11:30- 12:00 Eat lunch
12:00- 5:00 Drive to Willow Creek
5:00-? Unload bus and go home

These are some ideas of places we could visit going to and around the Salmon River, that we found educational and interesting.
Cave Falls – A popular starting point for hikers, Cave Falls stretches 250 feet across the Falls River
Lolo Pass Visitor Center – This facility hosts interpretive displays describing the Lewis and Clark Expedition through the Bitterroot Mountains, the Nez Perce War and Flight of 1877, and geologic features of the area.
Shoshone Ice Caves
Nez Perce National Historical Park
or Fishing for steelhead on the Salmon River
Day 1- Drive through Butte to Wisdom. Stopping to visit proposal rock. Spend the night in Wisdom.
Day 2- Drive to battle mountain. Visit the Big Hole National Battlefield. Drive and stay in Salmon, ID.

Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame
Just look around maybe try to see some of the campgrounds that are full during the rally

7) Crazy Horse Memorial Tour
8) Camping at Hot Springs or Wind Cave National Park
Day 3:

3) Devil's Tower National Park

Day 4:
1) Buffalo
Visit the many forts and massacre sites between Buffalo WY and Sheridan WY and follow the John Bozeman Trail. Fort Phil Kearney, Fetterman's Massacre Site, Wagon Box Fight and the infamous "Hole in the Wall"- the hideout of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid along with the rest of the "Wild Bunch."
